Stamping

Tool Technologies can use a variety of stamping processes to create your sheet metal products. We use a variety of presses and dies to form your precision stamped metal fixtures. Our specialty is custom metal stamping with critical quality standards. We have experience stamping hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel, stainless, copper and specialty materials.

Tool Technologies can accommodate small runs of precision stamped items. We can accommodate small runs of as few as 500 parts.

We have presses with a variety of capacities and speeds. We have a 5-ton high speed press line. We also have 25-ton, 45-ton and 113-ton presses. We strive to design our dies to allow your parts to be made on multiple presses, to enable us to make your parts even when a press undergoes routine maintenance. If desired, Tool Technologies can also make or repair your precision stamping dies and store them in-house for use in multiple runs. We can make soft tooling at a reduced cost for smaller production runs and hard tooling for runs of parts into the millions.
