Capabilities

Jet Machining
Jet Machining is the technology of Waterjet and Abrasive Waterjet cutting in one machine. Our Jet Machining Center with tilting jet can cut virtually any material using a 50k psi water stream and garnet. It produces parts with no heat affected zones, controlled taper angles and edge qualities. We can handle sheet sizes of 55" by 100" submerged and larger parts above water.

Machining Centers

Machining Centers offer multi axis milling capability such as hole drilling, boring, threading, profiling, contouring, helical milling. All of these features along with multi tool changers can produce just about any part you can imagine.

Turning Centers

Like the Machining Centers above, a Turning Center can produce simple to complex cylindrical parts with speed, accuracy, precision. These machines also have multi tool turrets to allow a variety of tools to be used.

Bed Mills

Bed Mills offer multi axis milling capability of large work pieces. This machine can travel a 60" x 30" x 28" area with a maximum 3000lb part capacity. The machine can also 3-D digitize parts for reverse engineering. Bed Mills do much of the same functions of Machining Centers, such as hole drilling, boring, threading, profiling, contouring, and helical milling. The work envelope, part capacity, and speed of this machine allow us to produce large or many small parts.
